It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 years, and also that the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18 years. You confirm that any products you purchase via MCV.com.au will be received by persons over the age of 18 years, as confirmed on the landing page of the MCV website. (b)Orders placed via MCV are subject to our Delivery Terms as described in section 6 below. (c)Returns (refunds) for orders made via the website are available as described in section 5 below. (d)All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. (e)All goods or services are provided in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 2. Website Content (a)Website software, all imagery, and content are provided as is, and are provided without any warranties of any kind. MCV may make changes to website functionality, content, imagery, services etc at any time without notice. (b)Much of the content available on MCV has been sourced from suppliers, and as such, MCV, make no warranties or claims as to the validity of content provided, availability of product, or accuracy of content and imagery, however, best efforts are made to ensure that content is as accurate as possible. 3.Intellectual Property (a)The content, layout, design, and concept belong or is licensed to MCV. Any use, reproduction, downloading etc of any part of MCV.com.au other than as expressly permitted via MCV's written consent is strictly prohibited. 4.Returns on damaged goods (a)Once an order is shipped, a cancellation cannot be processed. (b)If you would like to return an item due to the goods being damaged via delivery, we will happily do so if: (i)the item was damaged on arrival, proof of the damaged item must be provided by way of a photo being sent to the MCV email; and (ii)we will not ship your replacement item until proof the damage is received. 5. Delivery (a)Delivery rates are calculated at the checkout. (b)6.2 All deliveries are processed by MCV Drivers and its third-party couriers (usually Aramex Couriers) depending on the destination. Delivery vendors are selected at the discretion of MCV. (c)Orders are generally processed and despatched on the same business day as the order is placed, or the next business day (excludes public holidays). (d)It is the obligation of the customer to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter an incorrect/insufficient address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. (e)We ship within Australia only. (f)A valid form of identification stating your date of birth must be shown on delivery. Delivery cannot be accepted by anyone under 18. 6.Payment (a)Payment options (i)Orders placed on the website must be paid in full before goods are sent. Where payment for an order is made by credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider (PayPal) in circumstances where this is required. (ii)Orders placed via Paypal must be completed before postage of goods. A payment confirmation email will be received from Paypal, immediately followed by postage of goods (depending on delivery method chosen). (iii)In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient card credit, we do not warrant that the goods will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment is otherwise effected. 7.
